PRODUCER OF PLUSH TOYS
Through a period of 11 years we have been proud to represent one of the leading companies in Thailand producing plush toys and small mascots THAI TAE SUNG CO.LTD. The factory is 24 years old and under Korean ownership and daily management. Total staff is 400 and during the years we have produced for well known companies such as ARLA FOOD, Coca Cola, FCK, NOVARTIS HEALTH CARE, DAGROFA and SUPERGROS just to mention a few. On top we have supplied products for many campaigns mainly in Scandinavia. For competitive reasons we are not allowed to show you all the products made. The products are well known all over the World, in general terms called Teddy Bears, but the product range is much wider. We actually call them Small Mascots, since the fields of applications are many: Corporate Brands, Marketing Campaigns, Shopping Centres, Financial Institutions, Sports Clubs, Schools, Universities, Exhibition Centres and Theme Parks just to mention a few. They create awareness and reflect the image or message you want to get across. Plush Toys can to day be made in any form or shape as you like. We do not have a standard programme, all models are tailor-made and the sizes vary from 15 cm to 1 meter. The fabrics are normally plush fur, polyester, textiles, soft boa and the filling by pellets.
The process is simple: We design your model, you choose the materials, and we cut, sew and assemble and do the finishing after your approval. Your model can come with Logo, Hand tag or Label.
The factory can also produce on OEM basis.
Due to increase in sales both to the domestic market as well as exports the factory is at the moment increasing its production areas and other facilities.
Safety Regulations: We meet all the standards laid down by EC as well as we comply with the USA safety regulations for toys and children’s products.
Minimum quantity per series is 1000 units
